Welcome

My name is Giddy Kelman and I design and create furniture by hand from hardwood only.
All my work is unique and made to order according to the customer’s vision.

In my work I combine a number of different timbers from various parts of the world and I never use screws or nails.
All joints are made from the wood itself by interlocking sections designed to display the beauty of the natural wood with its shades and variations.

The wood is not colored and only appears in its natural shade.

The finish is usually with teak oil and natural beeswax … in the best of classic cabinet-making tradition.
